“Wherever you are, be there totally. If you find you’re here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally. ”
Eckhart Tolle wrote this, and I swear by it.
To follow the path of least resistance, means to go with the flow of life, and where your inner guide leads you.
Once resistance, aversion, or craving arise, acknowledge that it is time to change, to let go of what is harming your wellbeing, or to allow the goodness that is available to us all to flow freely to you. Be aware that aversion and judgements are interfering with your inner peace.
Allow yourself to be awake, divine, free of suffering, and be happy for there is so much to be grateful for.
Radical acceptance is another way to live in peace, to know you are perfect, whole, and complete the way you are. No if’s, and’s or but’s.
When something comes up and you cant seem to find the answer, let go of judgements, stories, or walls we make and build for our selves, let go of attachment to identity/ego motives, that create separation. Just be. You are enough, you have enough.
Live and let live. Learn to let go, and let answers come to you. Most the time if you have a question, the answer will present itself to you as soon as you surrender the desire to know the answer. Letting go always works.
Always let go never give up. Letting go and never give up will simultaneously work wonders in your life.
Be the divine soul you are and open your heart and to infinite human potential and possibilities.
Remover of obstacles mantra I highly recommend:
“Vakratunda Mahaakaaya Suryakotee Sama Prabha
Nirvighnam kuru mey Deva
Sarva kaaryeshu Sarvadaa”
Meaning: O Lord Ganesha who has a large body, curved trunk and brightness of a million suns, please remove all obstacles in my work always.
I absolutely believe we need to work on ourselves, to take off the layers of illusion and egotistical motives, through spiritual work, awareness, and healing.
We need to move our bodies and breath. Yoga practice, chi gong, tai chi, and nature walks. Release stagnant or suppressed energy.
To do everything mindfully, like eating when your calm. Build a relationship with the food for ultimate nourishment and healing. To know what the body needs and when the body needs it.
When we are distracted we lose sight of the most critical component of being human, the breath, the heart space, the connection we have to nature and the nature of our body, mind, spirit.
We need to meditate to find that focus that keeps us in balance. To connect with our true selves, the spaciousness and consciousness that our soul embodies. To still our bodies and minds to tap into the blissful nature, satchitananda, the God within each of us which has all the answers we seek.
So if you are not living in harmony and there is an imbalance within your body, mind, or soul, time for a change. Time to take responsibility of your life, the energy you create, and to change what need changed, accept what you cannot change, or leave the rest…surrender to the Supreme.
Let Go Let God.
Things to let go of: Rejection, self limiting beliefs, judgements, criticism, and laziness.
